Sédjan

Sédjan, meaning “long leg” in Bambara, is a stool made from solid Amazakoué, a little-known West African hardwood.

Shaped in Côte d'Ivoire, its line seeks a balance between tension and restraint, letting the material speak through its density and grain. It can be a seat, a surface or a stand, with no hierarchy of use. Its versatility owes less to a functional choice than to the clarity of its form.
